  • Shipping & Delivery

    We usually ship orders within 24 hours. Unless otherwise specified, USPS is the major carriers we use. However, we reserve the rights to use any other carriers or shipping methods. FedEx 2-Day and overnight delivery is also available at extra expense. If your order is placed before 2pm PST, it usually will be shipped the same business day. Otherwise, it will be shipped the next business day. International buyers please contact us about the estimated shipping cost before you place an order.

    If you are in urgent need, please email us at sales AT qbtl.com to confirm whether or not we can ship your order on the same day.

  • Privacy & Security

    Your shopping experience with QBTL.com is safe and secure. Every web browser validates that an SSL (Transport Layer Security) web server is authentic, so that the user can feel secure that his/her interaction with the web site has no eavesdroppers and that the web site is who it claims to be. This security is important for electronic commerce. In practice, a web site operator obtains a certificate by applying to a certificate provider (a CA that presents as a commercial retailer of certificates) with a certificate signing request. The certificate request is an electronic document that contains the web site name, contact email address, and company information. The certificate provider signs the request, thus producing a public certificate. During web browsing, this public certificate is served to any web browser that connects to the web site and proves to the web browser that the provider believes it has issued a certificate to the owner of the web site.

  • Returns & Replacements

    All products we sold are warranted against defective and flaw.

    For products that are under manufacturer warranty, please contact manufacturers directly and follow their warranty procedures.

    All other products are covered with QBTL warranty for minimum of 30 days to up to one year from the date of original purchase. Please verify warranty terms of your products with your QBTL sales rep. The exclusive remedy for this warranty is that QBTL will, at its option, provide repair or replacement components for this product. QBTL reserves the right to discontinue or change revisions, spare parts, models or brands, or to make substitutions. To make a claim under this warranty, contact QBTL RMA team at support AT qbtl.com or online at www.QBTL.com. Complete RMA form and proof of purchase is required.

    This warranty does not include damages that arise from negligence, misuse or use not in accordance with the product instruction. The warranty and remedies as set forth above are exclusive and in lieu of all others, oral or written, express or implied. In no event will QBTL, or the resellers selling the product, be liable for any damages, including incidental or consequential damages, arising out of the use or inability to use this product.

    Any implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, shall be limited to the duration and terms of the express written warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights, which vary from state to state. Neither QBTL, nor the resellers selling this product, authorize any person to create for it any other warranty, obligation, or liability in connection with this product.

    QBTL will only accept returned products that have been issued a "Return Authorization Number" from the QBTL RMA team. To request a Return Authorization Number, email QBTL RMA team at support AT qbtl.com or submit request online at www.QBTL.com.

    QBTL will only accept return shipment that have a valid "Return Authorization Number" plainly visible on the outside of the box. Without a "Return Authorization Number" on the outside of the box the returns will be refused. ALL returns are subject to inspection and final approval by QBTL technicians certifying that the problem is covered by our warranty and not consumer abuse or damage due to shipping. QBTL may choose to repair or replace the products in question, or choose to issue a refund. QBTL may or may not reimburse the customer for the return freight to our location. Please verify with QBTL RMA team before shipping back the return product.

    Customers who need to return a purchase from QBTL may return any unused, resalable product to us for a full refund of the purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable. If you are returning a product that was incorrectly shipped by us, all shipping charges for that product will be refunded and the restocking fee will not apply. These returns still require a "Return Authorization Number". QBTL will only accept returns that have been issued a "Return Authorization Number” from QBTL RMA team.

    • The RMA number must be included in the shipping return label when shipping back to QBTL. Items must be shipped before the applicable warranty expires to receive a refund. 
    • Purchases that have not shipped may be cancelled within one business day and are subject to a 15% restocking and fulfillment fee.
    • Shipping expenses are not included unless part of your service agreement with QBTL.
  • Ordering

    Buyers can place an order with us by adding products to the shopping cart, checking out and making payment using the method you selected (See payment methods). If you have trouble with the shopping cart and like to submit an order by email, you can email us directly at sales AT qbtl.com with your order. We will ship your order once payment is received and cleared or approved using your selected shipping method. Exception to this will be if you choose to use money order, which we will confirm with you by email or by phone before shipping.

  • Payment, Pricing & Tax

    We accept payments either by PayPal, credit cards, check, or money order. International money order or wire transfer is required for international customers.

    PayPal: PayPal is a FREE, safe and secure payment service for buyers. If you choose PayPal, you will be able to pay with either PayPal funds, credit card, or eCheck from your paypal account. If you don't have a PayPal account, you will be taken to the PayPal website to sign up for their free service and make the payment using a credit card. Note that you need to use PayPal confirmed address for shipping or else the payment will be rejected.

    Credit Card: We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. You can use your credit card by selecting one of the following payment methods: PayPal (see above), Secure Online Credit Card Transaction, or Credit Card Transaction by Fax. If using Secure Online Credit Card Transaction, you will be taken to the eProcessing Network to process your credit card securely. Note: If you have problem paying with your credit card through either PayPal or eProcessing, please give us a call at 626-899-6837 with your credit card number or fill out the credit card authorization form and fax it to us for manual process.

    Check: We accept personal or company check. However, we will only ship the order once it is cleared from the bank which takes 7-10 days. If you want us to ship immediately, please use cashier's check / money order, PayPal or credit card.

    Money Order/Cashier's Check: Postal preferred. We will ship your order as as soon as we receive your payment.

    The price for the Goods is stated in the invoice and, unless otherwise specified by Seller, is payable within 30 days. If Buyer does not make payment when due, Buyer shall pay a fee on past due amounts of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate allowed by law, whichever is less. Pricing excludes federal tax, state and local sales tax, use and other taxes, any customs charges/duties, or any charges within the country designated for delivery by Buyer. Buyer shall bear responsibility for all such taxes, duties, and/or charges.

  • Viewing Orders

    Click the Account link visible at the top of every page. Under Registered Customers follow the prompts to login to your account. From the Account Information dashboard click My Orders on the left hand side menu to view your orders. Click view order for more information or to track the shipment.

    Order Status and Tracking
    The status of your order is supplied by the QBTL.com website from which you placed yoru order, and represents what is happening with your order between the time you place it and the time it ships from our warehouse. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is handled by USPS, FedEx or UPS depending on the delivery address. They will provide tracking information until your order is delivered. Alternatively, you can track your order by logging into your QBTL account and viewing the order (see instruction above) when the information becomes available.

    E-mails About Your Order
    After you place your order, you will receive e-mails about your order. 

    Order Confirmation
    An e-mail confirms that we have received your order. It includes your order number. Keep this e-mail for your records.

    Shipment Confirmation
    An email will confirm that your order or part of your order has been shipped it will also contain a tracking number. This tracking number will be linked to the shipping company website and enable you to tack the progress of your shipment. You may receive multiple e-mails depending on the items you selected, or if you ordered multiple items and they were shipped separately. The arrival time of your order depends on the shipping method selected, item selected, and your shipping location.

  • Updating Account Information

    To update and manage your Account, click the Account link visible at the top of each page. Under Registered Customers follow the prompts to login to your account.

    From the Account Information dashboard use the links on the left hand side menu to the update your personal information, create and manage an address book and review and track orders.
